I am responsible for arriving on location on set with my equipment and all of the photographs are retouched and edited individually using high-end software and hardware.

I shoot on a Canon EOS R5, with high-end Canon wide angle and telephoto lenses.

Editing is done using Capture One, Photoshop and Luminar Neo Pro on a an iMac and iPad.

All clutter and unappealing objects should be removed.

The property should be as clean as possible.

Think about how you want to show your property to potential buyers and renters.

Toiletries and such should also be removed.

The best lighting conditions are when the property is hit by sunlight or when there is a slight overcast.

Removing clutter is a must.

To enhance visual appeal consider:

• having a bowl of red or green apples in the kitchen

• organise the cutlery and belongings

• neatly folded towels in the bathrooms

• clean and arranged surfaces
